– Are your tarps completely waterproof?
Yes! All our tarps and covers are completely waterproof! This has been tested through a laboratory in Australia and we are proud to confidently offer 100% waterproof products.

– How strong are your eyelets?
The eyelets on our tarp are ultrasonically welded and double reinforced to provide extra strength! We have done eyelets strength testing to give you an idea of just how much load/strain our eyelets can take. Check these out under the Eyelet Test Video tab.

– How do your products stand against the sun?
We are so confident on our product performance that we offer you a 3 Year Warranty against any UV degradation. Our products love the sun! and once again, we back our claims with testing. Our tarp and cover materials have been thoroughly tested against rapid UV degeneration and have outlasted and outperformed other common tarps/covers.

– How do I find the right tarp for my application?
We have a tarp finder that you can use to find the right tarp for you. Click here to access the tarp finder. We also provide you with a list of applications that each tarp is suitable for. You are also more than welcome to email us on sales@arktarps.co.nz and we will be happy to help you out.

– How heavy are the tarps?
We have a tarp weight info tab on each product page which contains both the weight and packed size of each tarp. You can find this under the Tarp Weight Info tab.

– How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day from our warehouse in Auckland, the actual delivery period depends on where you are located, but check out the below estimates for a rough idea:

– Do you have a store I can come and pick up from?
Unfortunately we don’t have a physical store for you to come and pick up from.

– Do you make custom sizes/colours?
We can only make custom sizes/colours if you are planning to purchase a large quantity or if you are planning to purchase a large size. Get in touch with us through the contact us button and we can discuss this together.

– What payment options do you offer?

– How long does delivery take?

    Discount Coupon

    – I did not receive my discount coupon:

    Please note discount coupons can take a couple of minutes to be emailed out to you. Please also check your junk/spam folder as it can sometimes go in there. Please contact us on sales@arktarps.co.nz or via live chat on our website if you did not receive your coupon.

    – My discount coupon is not working:

    If you have been emailed/texted a discount coupon and it is not working at checkout, please contact us on sales@arktarps.co.nz or via live chat on our website and we will look into it for you.

    Returns

    30 Days money back guarantee:

    We offer a ‘No Questions’ 30 day money back guarantee. All items must be unused and in original condition, and to be returned in the original packaging.
    For all returns, the customer will need to email sales@arktarps.co.nz to get the RA# from our office and which will need to be quoted on the parcel and return documentation.

    We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all returns.

    The buyer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse, including the cost of sending it back to us.

    Where we have offered free delivery on the original purchase, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost and deduct this amount from the refund amount upon return.

    All items will be checked upon return before processing the refund.

    We cannot accept returns or offer a money back guarantee on Custom sizes and custom orders.

    Hay Tarps, Silage Tarps & Weed Control Tarps have a 14 days money back guarantee:

    These tarps are affected by seasonal requirements and hence we offer a ‘No Questions’ 14 day money back guarantee for them. All items must be unused and in original condition, and to be returned in the original packaging.

    For all returns, the customer will need to email sales@arktarps.co.nz to get the RA# from our office and which will need to be quoted on the parcel and return documentation.

    We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all returns.

    The buyer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse, including the cost of sending it back to us. Some Hay, Silage or Weed Control tarps may be delivered on a small pallet/skid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they put the tarp back on the pallet/skid to be returned to us. A product delivered on a pallet must be returned on a pallet.

    All items will be checked upon return before processing the refund.

    We cannot accept returns on Custom sizes and custom orders.
